  2. Anyone who has a product/company that will benefit the construction and remodeling industry.
  3. Anyone who has a product/company that will not be viewed by the general public as offensive or annoying, (ie. porn, hate...)

How do I get started?
Getting started
  1. View our ad definitions become familiar with our terms & placement positions.
  2. Decide where you want to advertise (i.e. the homeowner tools, contractor tools,...)
  3. Select ad size(s) and position(s) or area (e.g. header and footer)
  4. Acceptable Ad Formats: GIF, JPG, PNG or FLASH (.swf)
  5. Submit select information for a package price.

e.g. I am interested in a 6 month header package for the homeowner tools size 468x60 for the entire state of New York & a 3 month footer package for the contractor tools size 728x90 for Brooklyn, Buffalo & Long Island New York.
How do I upload my ad?
Uploading your ad
  1. After you have paid for you ad package
  2. Upload your ad for approval. after payment you can immediately upload your ad. (or you may submit ad later you will receive an email with a link)
  3. *Ad Format must be in GIF, JPG, PNG or FLASH (.swf)
  4. Allow up to 72 hours for approval (we need to verify its not porn or anything offensive...)
  5. After approval, your ad(s) will be place, on our site, base on the package you purchased.
    ****We will not contact you unless there is a problem with your ad.
Our Price Structure:
A quick review
As we said we are a new site and we will be re-evaluating our prices every 90 days and as a result our pricing is subject to change.
We will only be offering 1 to 3 month packages. Most of our packages are 3 months. All of our ads are priced the same for GIF, JPG, PNG or FLASH (.swf)

If you have review our site you know we are not big on;
  1. No - - Set up fees
  2. No - - One time fees
  3. No -- pay per clicks
  4. No - - click thrus
  5. No - - pay per impressions
  6. so we won't be offering them = only by the month
  7. Rates from $10.00 - $100.00 per month *rates subject to change without notice
We know some of you may prefer pay per clicks or impressions but we don't have the time or the staff to decide if your click thrus, impressions or pay per clicks are legitimate or not.
With that type of advertising people are always wondering if their clicks where legit or you do you have enough in the budget to get you through the month. With us just one flat fee and you know you have enough to make it through the month and you never have to wonder if your clicks are legit.

You can still however view your ad statics, your clicks thrus, your impressions, your daily hits and more after you have Login to your advertising account. Please use the login button for advertisers only in the menu at the top.
