Are you going to sell my e-mail address?

No we will not.
  1. We will never turn any of your information over to a spam service.
  2. Our site is a working site not a collect and sell information site.
  3. We make our money off of membership fees and advertisers, period.
Do you guarantee the contractors on your site?

No
  1. We provide you with as much information as they give us.
  2. This is a informational site only it is still your responsibility to verify all information with your local city, state, check references, Better Business Bureau and any other resource you may have.
  3. We have provided some helpful links to help you in this process. You will find them in your menu under My Tools and also our links - link to us page in your menu under Other Tools
  4. Please let us know if you find incorrect information on any of our members so we can take steps to correct the information or band them from our listing.

When I register will I have to register seperately for the contractor classified ads, talk forum or blog?
Do I have to register mulitiple times?
With your membership you will be login for every area you are allowed access to.
This includes the contractor classified ads and the talk forum.
You will have to register separately for the:
  1. The Contractor Blog Page is free for all of our members.
    However you will need to have a seperate user name and password. | This gives you the option to blog for your company and/or yourself.
    (please see the blog page for more information)
  2. Advertiser you will also have a separate user name and password for the advertiser login only.
    (please see the advertise with us page for more information)

Can I share my Profile? Who can view my profile?

  1. The homeowner and commercial tool memberships are private.
  2. Only members of the Contractor Tools can view your profile and only if you post a project.
If you choose you may share your posted project or other information with anyone you like, who isn't a member of our site (contractor tools) but in the process you will also be sharing your profile information.
You can post pictures & share additional information about a project you have posted with us by taking advantage of the Pictures & From the Commercial area of your profile.
You will find a direct link to your profile from your profile page in the upper left of the profile page.
You may also choose a profile badge from the Choose a Logo with a direct link to My Profile found by clicking the View Edit Menu button
Can I change my user name?

  • Your user name once select and the submit button click it can not be changed.
  • If you must or need to change your user name, you will have to register again.
How do I change my password?
I need to change my password?
  1. Log-in using your current user name and password
  2. from your menu select view/edit your current profile
  3. you will see a View Edit Menu button click it
  4. select Edit My Profile
  5. go to password (you are in the edit profile/registration)
  6. type in new password
  7. go to bottom of page
  8. click Update My Profile

  • You may register in the commercial tools and search or post your needs for a contractor.
  1. BUT if your goal is to register in the commercial tools to be contacted by commercial property owners THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN. You must register in the contractor tools. There is no way your company can be found in a search from the commercial tools or any other tool without you being registered in the contractor tools.
  2. After completion of your registeration you will have full access to your membership advanatages.
***CONTRACTORS, NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO FIND YOU IN OUR SEARCH RESULTS NOR WILL YOU BE ABLE TO BUILD A DETAILED PROFILE OF YOUR COMPANY IF YOU REGISTER IN THE COMMERCIAL TOOLS.***
